Brief DescriptionAbout the Role We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our people initiatives, drive engagement, and collaborate closely with business teams. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, builds strong relationships, and enjoys solving people-related challenges. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business teams to understand people priorities and support day-to-day HR needs. Facilitate employee onboarding, engagement activities, and HR operations. Support performance management cycles, goal-setting, and feedback discussions. Help resolve employee queries and concerns with empathy and clarity. Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for decision-making. Ensure policy awareness and support compliance initiatives. Contribute to strengthening culture, communication, and team development initiatives.

Energetic, proactive, and people-first mindset. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability. Good understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn quickly. Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments. Postgraduate in HR or related fields preferred.
