Technical Project Manager

Brief DescriptionWe are looking to hire an experienced technical manager to design and implement IT systems. As a technical manager, you will be responsible for meeting with various stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions and implement them. To ensure success as a Technical Manager, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage the project. As a top-class Technical Project Manager, you can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the customer. Project Planning and Execution: • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. • Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline. Technical Coordination: • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical tasks. • Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes. • Provide guidance on technical feasibility and risks. Team Leadership: • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, and business analysts. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team. • Manage team workloads and address any resource constraints proactively.  Stakeholder Management: • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.  Risk Management and Problem Solving: • Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges early in the lifecycle. • Develop and implement mitigation plans to address risks and resolve issues promptly. Process Improvement: • Continuously improve project management practices and tools to enhance efficiency. • Introduce industry best practices and standard operating procedures for project delivery. Quality Assurance: • Ensure high-quality project outcomes by establishing rigorous quality control measures. • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.                        Preferred SkillsExperience : 9 to 14 Years Technical Expertise: • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices. • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture. • Experience working with technologies such as Python or Mobile/Web technologies. • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Project Management Skills: • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable. Leadership and Communication: • Excellent team leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Secondary Skills • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices. • Strong understanding of enterprise-level integrations and technology ecosystems.
