Quality Manager – BPO Valuation

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Manager – BPO / BPO Valuation to lead, manage, and enhance the quality framework within our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the BPO/BPO Valuation functions.This role requires a strong eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify gaps, and improve overall service delivery. 3–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within KPO/BPO (BPO valuation experience mandatory). Experience with RCA, CAPA, Lean/Six Sigma frameworks preferred

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Business Management/ MBA Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end quality audits of BPO reports, ensuring accuracy in comp selection,adjustments, photos, and commentary. Monitor KPIs including accuracy, SLA compliance, productivity, and error reduction; publish daily/weekly/monthly reports. Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives for recurring issues and strengthen process excellence. Develop and maintain SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance documentation. Conduct training, coaching, and calibration sessions to improve analyst performance. Collaborate with operations and clients on quality expectations, updates, and escalations. Track market trends, workflow patterns, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

 Preferred Skills Strong understanding of U.S. real estate valuation, comp analysis, adjustments, and audit workflows. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, portals used for BPO processing, and tools like Zillow/MLS. Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management. Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
