Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive with 2–10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage sales calls, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, conduct market research, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage sales calls and client inquiries professionally.
- Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies for sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in target regions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in CSE, IT, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience working with IT services companies delivering digital transformation solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in market research, proposal development, and strategic planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
