Flutter Developer

Brief DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer who will be responsible for developing high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver smooth, scalable, and visually appealing mobile experiences. Key Responsibilities

Develop advanced cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart

Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices

Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features

Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party libraries

Optimize application performance, speed, and memory usage

Maintain code quality through code reviews and proper testing

Troubleshoot and debug issues related to performance, UI, and functional flows

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app development

Deploy apps to Play Store and App Store, including handling release cycles

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Preferred SkillsRequired Skills

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience

Strong command over Dart language

Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.)

Strong experience in integrating APIs, JSON, authentication flows

Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus

Proficiency in working with Firebase (Cloud Firestore, FCM, Auth)

Experience in writing unit tests and maintaining code quality

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Experience with mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools

Understanding of clean architecture and design patterns

Soft Skills

Strong communication and team collaboration

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
