Brief DescriptionJob Title: Solution Architect – .NET Location: Technopark, Trivandrum (Full-time, Work from Office) Experience: 15+ Years (with at least 20 years as Technical Lead / Architect) Employment Type: Permanent       About the Role We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – .NET with proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will not only provide technical leadership and architectural guidance but also be hands-on in coding, mentoring, and ensuring best practices are followed across the development team.   Key Responsibilities ·         Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of 5–8 developers in building enterprise-level .NET applications with Angular-based front ends. ·         Actively participate in hands-on coding, technical design, and solutioning. ·         Customize and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs. ·         Create high-level and low-level design documents, technical specifications, and architectural blueprints. ·         Ensure applications follow best practices in performance, scalability, and security. ·         Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ·         Drive API integrations, system design, and cross-application interactions. ·         Mentor, coach, and review the team’s code to maintain high-quality standards. ·         Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while ensuring timely delivery.   Required Skills & Experience ·         20–23 years of overall experience in .NET development, with minimum 20 years as Technical Lead / Architect. ·         Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, VBScript, HTML, XML, Ajax. ·         Experience in MVC, WCF, WPF, Design Patterns, LINQ, Lambda expressions. ·         Proficiency in MySQL and MS SQL Server – including scripting, stored procedures, and functions. ·         Hands-on experience in API integrations (consuming APIs & libraries). ·         Proficiency with source and configuration management tools such as Git/SVN. ·         Strong background in Technical Design and architectural documentation. ·         Knowledge of cloud development (Azure/AWS) is a strong plus. ·         Excellent communication skills for interacting with leadership, stakeholders, and business users.   Why Join Us ·         Lead cutting-edge enterprise projects with high impact. ·         Opportunity to architect and build solutions with modern .NET technologies. ·         Work in a collaborative environment with strong technical teams. ·         Competitive compensation and benefits package. ·         Permanent, stable role with excellent career growth opportunities.Preferred Skills·         Experience in ASP.net web forms  ·         Experience in MVC ·         OOPs concepts, Interfaces ·         .Net core ·         Experience in Web API ·         Design Patterns and Principles ·         Experience in Windows Forms, Services ·         Logical thinking ·         SQL server knowledge             ·         Angular
