Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization technologies, security practices, and robust monitoring and observability capabilities. In this role, you will drive the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, secure, and automated DevOps solutions across the software development lifecycle. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and provide technical guidance and leadership to the DevOps team. Experience 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, including at least 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role. Requirements

Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps methodologies, Git-based workflows, and automation-focused delivery principles. Advanced expertise in Docker and other containerization technologies, with strong proficiency in Kubernetes for deployment workflows and container security best practices. Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, covering networking, compute, storage, and managed services. Enforce security and compliance measures throughout CI/CD workflows. Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning, and leveraging Ansible for configuration management. Practical experience with monitoring and observability solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or Datadog. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API-driven design, and distributed system patterns. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Solid knowledge of DevSecOps principles, including secure deployment practices and secrets management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-availability systems.
