Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven CA-qualified Finance Professional with 2–3 years of experience in FP&A,  accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in working closely with businesses, preparing financial statements, AR / AP processes and working with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis

Be a strong business partner in driving the financial analysis & providing insights on the financial performance Coordinate & lead annual / quarterly / monthly forecasts Month close activities Analysis of forecast vs. actuals & drivers for the same

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Handle revenue and cost booking, including POC method and contract completion method. Perform monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules.

Reconciliation & Compliance

Conduct AP/AR reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation. Assist in statutory, internal, and external audits with timely submission of documentation.

Budgeting & Costing

Support preparation of monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis. Prepare cost variation reports and perform revenue–cost reconciliation for ongoing projects.

Accounts Payable / Receivable

Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and staff expense claims. Track receivables, revenue entries, and client invoice preparation. Monitor advances, inventory booking, asset depreciation updates, and petty cash statements.

ERP & Tools

Work extensively with SAP / Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SQL for financial reporting and analysis. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles. Proficiency in SAP / Tally / ERP applications. Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL skills. Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet monthly deadlines.

Preferred Experience·       Strong experience in FP&A·       Experience in financial reporting & project accounting.·       Hands-on experience in AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation.·       Experience in preparing statements for audit and supporting auditors.
