Own the Quality Game – Take charge of ensuring every code change promoted to production meets top-tier quality standards. Test Like a Pro – Build and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation strategies for functional and non-functional needs. Be Everywhere – Perform manual and automated testing across web, backend, and API layers. Break It Before Users Do – Execute regression, integration, and performance tests using tools like JMeter and LoadUI. Automate Like a Boss – Create automation scripts using Selenium, TestIM, ReadyAPI, and Postman. Report with Precision – Log defects, track progress, and communicate clearly using JIRA. Collaborate Fearlessly – Work with developers, business teams, and analysts to troubleshoot, validate requirements, and keep deliverables rock-solid. Think Like the User – Analyze and validate requirements to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Be an Agile Ninja – Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Estimate Smartly – Provide accurate testing timelines without wild guessing. Champion Standards – Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines like AODA and security best practices.Preferred Skills> 8+ years of experience in software QA across manual and automation testing. 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments. API Superpowers – Expertise in testing REST and SOAP services. Automation Wizardry – Skilled at building and maintaining automation frameworks. Tech Toolkit – Experience with Selenium, TestIM, ReadyAPI, Postman, JMeter, LoadUI, Quality Center, Jenkins, ADO, Git, and more. Cloud & Containers – Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and OpenShift (bonus points). Scripting Skills – Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Groovy for automation scripting. QA Mastery – Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, best practices, and standards. Communication Rockstar – Ability to document, report, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
