Lead a team of developers and oversee project deliverables. Design and develop scalable cloud‑native backend components. Architect and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs with Azure APIM. Guide microservices development and design decisions. Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ADO, and OpenShift. Review code quality and ensure best development practices. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders with clear communication.Preferred Skills> 8+ years of backend development experience with Java/J2EE. 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience. Proven success building microservices and Spring Boot applications. Hands‑on cloud experience (Azure/OpenShift). Strong CI/CD, DevOps, and automation expertise.
