Junior Product Support Executive

What You'll Do

·         Be the friendly voice that helps healthcare providers and their teams make the most of our platform ·         Investigate and resolve questions about product features through conversations, emails, and support tickets ·         Create helpful content—write support articles, record tutorial videos, and build guides that make complex features easy to understand ·         Work alongside our product and technical teams to understand customer needs and improve our platform ·         Learn the ins and outs of digital healthcare technology, including how clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers use our tools

What We're Looking For You don't need prior work experience, but you should have:

·         Digital fluency: You're comfortable navigating apps (mobile and web), exploring new features without hesitation, and learning software quickly ·         Communication skills: You can explain technical concepts in simple terms, both in writing and conversation. You enjoy teaching others and have patience when someone doesn't understand something the first time ·         Problem-solving mindset: When something doesn't work, you enjoy figuring out why. You ask good questions and think through possibilities systematically ·         Curiosity: You genuinely want to understand how things work and aren't satisfied with surface-level knowledge ·         Customer empathy: You care about making people's experience better and take pride in helping them succeed ·         Self-motivation: You don't wait to be told what to do—you see what needs attention and take initiative ·         Adaptability: You're comfortable with change and can switch between different types of tasks throughout the day Preferred SkillsSkills That Will Help You Succeed
