Team Lead – Frontend Developer (React.js)

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead with deep expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role, and will be responsible for guiding the team in building high-quality, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to mentor team members while ensuring timely project delivery. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers, ensuring high performance and growth. Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the team. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to drive end-to-end feature delivery. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Technical Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable and performant front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies. Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless data flow. Manage state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Recoil to ensure scalable application architecture. Implement automated testing using Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library to ensure reliability and quality. Ensure CI/CD pipelines and smooth deployment of applications on Azure cloud services. Maintain version control best practices with Git and support collaborative workflows. Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices, evaluating their applicability to our projects.

Additional Advantage

Contribute towards building AI/ML-driven interfaces and enhancing user experiences through AI/ML-based UI integrations. Preferred Skills 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.     3+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Head of Frontend).       Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.       Solid experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries.       Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services for scaling and deployment.       Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.       Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.       Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under deadlines. Exposure to AI/ML-based UI projects is a strong plus.
