Brief DescriptionTechstas Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who possess strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing project-related documents, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Prepare and maintain quotations, requirement sheets, and project documentation based on client needs. Assign tasks to internal departments as per client requests and track progress to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to maintain smooth operations and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain updated records, reports, and communication logs for proper documentation. Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Assist management in preparing daily and weekly operational reports and ensuring workflow transparency. Telecalling responsibilities including target achievement. Preferred SkillsRequirements

Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer support, coordination, or operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English, Malayalam, Tamil- Mandatory, and Hindi. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good email etiquette and familiarity with task management tools. Professional Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to coordinate effectively across teams. Attention to detail and a proactive work attitude. Gender: Female candidates only.
