QA Lead (Manual & Automation)

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should be able to lead QA activities, guide the team, ensure complete test coverage, and maintain high-quality standards across web and mobile applications. Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and closing all testing activities. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts. Oversee manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Review test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports prepared by the team. Coordinate with development, product, and management teams for smooth releases. Ensure defects are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved on time. Conduct root cause analysis and ensure quality improvements. Plan test strategies, estimate timelines, and manage testing priorities. Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and best practices. Mentor junior testers and support their skill development. Preferred Skills Strong experience in manual testing across web and mobile applications. Hands-on experience in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright Good understanding of API testing (Postman / REST APIs). Strong knowledge of SQL for backend validations. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Experience with version control tools like Git. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Experience in performance testing (JMeter or similar). Basic knowledge of security testing practices. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure.
