Responsibilities:

Support the team in analyzing business goals, processes, and needs Conduct research, gather data, and assist in making recommendations Help design new business processes and suggest improvements Assist in identifying and solving business issues using data and systems Prepare simple reports and documentation as needed Work on additional projects as assigned Preferred Skills Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and writing skill Attention to detail and good organizational abilities A willingness to learn and take initiative
