In close collaboration with the Partners & Directors, you will work in a fast-growing independent firm serving major accounts in India & Europe.

As an Associate Consultant with a focus on data visualization, you will be responsible for transforming complex business data into clear, actionable visual formats that empower decision-makers to understand trends, patterns, and insights quickly. You will be working closely with your project teams, providing project management support to their engagements, including administration, organisation of project meetings, governance, and reporting.

The role is based primarily out of Bangalore or Kochi, with occasional travel and requires extensive collaboration with the business and technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the context, strategy & specific objectives of each client in terms of client satisfaction, performance, digital transformation, and sustainable transformation • Design and develop interactive dashboards, visual reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as CXO-level employees, Senior managers, data engineers, and subject matter experts, to identify and create KPI's and identify business needs. • Analyse large datasets, ensure data integrity, and extract trends that inform business decisions. • Present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating a common understanding of the findings. • Support and train colleagues in the best practices of data visualisation, and potentially maintain documentation or dashboards for organisational knowledge

Primary Required Skills

• Strong client-facing skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value. • Proficiency in data visualisation and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau • Experience with data analysis using SQL, Excel, R, or Python. • Strong visual design and storytelling skills to convert data into visually appealing, easy-to-understand graphics. • Knowledge of data preparation: cleaning, transforming, and refining datasets so that they are suitable for visualisation. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

• B Tech + MBA • 2-4 years of working experience in the IT / Consulting industry is preferred • Highly proficient in English and Hindi. • Willing to travel, both in India and overseas, on a project basis
