React JS Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to deliver high-quality code, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js. Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and designers, to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.

 Preferred Skills 

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab). Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks. Basic understanding of server-side rendering (Next.js) and static site generation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior developers when required.
