Brief DescriptionWe are hiring an Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to handle routine tasks with accuracy. Key Responsibilities • Manage clients and handle calls• Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents• Support meeting scheduling and calendar coordination• Prepare letters, reports, and basic Excel sheets• Track office supplies and coordinate with vendors• Assist HR with document collection and onboarding support• Handle mail, courier services, and internal communication• Manage client relationship and follow-up• Provide administrative support to management and project teamsPreferred Skills • 0–1 year experience in office administration or front office support• Strong communication and coordination skills• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email tools• Good organization and time management• Attention to detail and timely follow-up
