Business Analyst

Business Analyst We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication skills, project management exposure, and a background in software product environments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Business Analyst with solid technical understanding, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at Infopark, Cochin, and may require occasional client travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.

Work closely with product and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and successful delivery.

Analyze data, workflows, and existing systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Prepare well-structured and effective emails, reports, and business communications.

Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings.

Assist in creating product documentation, business process models, and user manuals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

Be a reliable team player who contributes to collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Visit client sites whenever required to support project discussions, requirement gathering, demonstrations, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Immediate Joiner preferred.

Location: Infopark, Kochi.
