WordPress Developers [ 2 - 5 years experience]

Brief DescriptionAdroitMinds, a product engineering, e-commerce, and AI company headquartered in Technopark, Trivandrum, is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience. The key responsibilities are:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.

Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into responsive, cross-browser-compatible WordPress websites.

Customise and extend existing themes and plugins as per project requirements.

Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability.

Integrate third-party APIs and tools (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, marketing tools).

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.

Maintain and optimise existing WordPress websites.

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.

Preferred Skills

2–5 years of professional WordPress development experience.

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

Experience with custom theme and plugin development.

Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

Good understanding of WordPress database architecture and REST API.

Basic knowledge of SEO, website performance optimisation, and security best practices.

Experience with version control tools, such as Git.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience in Shopify or BigCommerce is an added advantage
