Odoo Sales Consultant

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Odoo Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in ERP/IT solution sales. This role involves understanding client business needs, demonstrating Odoo solutions, and driving end-to-end sales processes. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions. Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals. Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and contracts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on Odoo product features, updates, and market trends. Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ERP/Software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
