Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Python / AI who is passionate about building high-performance AI and backend systems. You’ll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

Backend engineers experienced in other programming languages and looking to transition to Python are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and AI/ML applications using Python.

Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize machine learning models.

Build RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-driven features.

Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend and AI pipelines.

Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.

Stay updated on AI frameworks, Python libraries, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in backend or software development.

Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Good to have experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow/PyTorch

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
