Assistant HR Manager

Brief DescriptionWe're a product engineering services company that values efficiency and operational excellence. We're looking for an HR Manager who views HR as a strategic operations function.What you'll own:- Full recruitment cycle for technical and business roles- Employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, exits, leave management- Payroll coordination with Finance team- Statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and policy implementation- Monitoring of AUP enforcement, security compliance coordination, and resource utilization in collaboration with Internal IT- Office administration: facilities oversight and access managementPreferred SkillsWhat we're looking for:- Strong grasp of employment law and statutory requirements- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read situations and identify potential issues early- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates risks and resolves matters efficiently- Experience working cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams- Detail-oriented approach to compliance and documentation- Tool-savvy: Comfortable leveraging tools, and able to identify/implement new tools that improve workflows- Intuitive understanding of organizational dynamics and prioritiesRequirements:- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in tech/startup environments- Working knowledge of IT asset management and security protocols- Office-based role (not remote) – you'll be the operational anchor on-siteIf you're energized by building efficient systems, maintaining compliance, and solving operational challenges, we'd like to hear from you.
