Graphic Designer

Brief DescriptionGraphic Designer  Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design digital creatives for campaigns, partnerships, events, and social media posts (Instagram, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop marketing collateral such as banners, posters, merchandise, presentations, and event branding.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and BD teams to create visuals that align with campaign goals and brand identity.

Create compelling email templates optimized for engagement and conversions.

Create short-form motion graphics or GIFs for social and paid media campaigns.

Ensure visual assets are optimized for different platforms and maintain design consistency across all touchpoints.

Manage asset libraries and maintain version control for easy cross-team access.

Stay updated with design trends, crypto culture, and emerging visual formats.

Stay up-to-date on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and digital marketing needs.

Requirements:

3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or B2B/SaaS environment.

Any bachelor degree - technical background is added advantage

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma.

Experience designing for websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.

Understanding of responsive design and how assets render across devices.

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have: Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.Preferred SkillsAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma
