Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing customer requirements, validating them, and ensuring that the company’s final products and services meet quality standards while being functional and user-friendly. A passion for software testing and a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute test cases and scenarios for various digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, CTV apps, and more. Identify, report, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies. Collaborate closely with the development team, Product Manager, and clients to ensure product quality, usability, and performance. Perform different types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as per project requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Identify opportunities for improving the testing process and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA standards. Stay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices

Desired Profile

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Knowledge on testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman etc. Proficiency in bug tracking tool like Jira. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Keen attention to detail Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A good team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, chatbots, OTT platforms, or other digital solutions is an added advantage.
