Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead with expertise in .NET Core to lead and manage the development of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in delivering high-quality solutions while managing a team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core and related technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in .NET Core. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus .Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proven ability to manage a team and deliver projects on time.
