Brief Description

Graduates B.Tech, BE, MCA with minimum 70% marks. Exceptional candidates with graduation/ post-graduation in other fields can also apply.   Candidates having 5 to 8 years’ experience as Automated or Manual Software Tester in a reputed organization only need to apply.   Candidates having good communication skills and willing to Travel and work under strict deadlines only need to apply.   Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus. Preferred Skills

·        Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. ·        Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing. ·        Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks ·        Perform security and performance testing to ensure system robustness. ·        Validate integration with third-party services and APIs.

·        5-8 Years’ Experience in Automated & Manual Software Testing ·        Ability to lead a Testing team ·        Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools. ·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. ·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ·        Ability to effectively manage conflicts, expectations, and deadlines. ·        Ability to think critically and offer constructive solutions to testing challenges. ·        Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). ·        Experience in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). ·        Proficient in creating automated test scripts and running regression suites. ·        Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. ·        Knowledge of Apache JMeter, LoadRunner or other performance testing tools. ·        Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail etc. ·        Experience working with different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance, integration, user acceptance testing). ·        Knowledge of Oracle database testing is a plus ·        Basic understanding of security testing principles is a plus.
