Project Delivery Manager

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager (PDM) to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. The PDM will act as a key bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Lead cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.

Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and report to senior management.

Drive process improvements and best practices in project delivery.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management/IT or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in project delivery/management roles.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
