Product Manager Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, business acumen, and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful, customer-focused digital products.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, launch, and maintenance. Collaborate with the Stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Define detailed requirements using Agile methodologies and create wireframes and supporting documentation. Break down epics into user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items to meet MVP targets. Act as the Product Owner during daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric, high-quality features. Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide implementation with engineering teams. Utilize tools like Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking. Collaborate with Marketing to prepare product collateral, sales materials, and launch communications. Support Sales teams in key client meetings or product demonstrations when required. Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and identify emerging trends to refine product strategy. Monitor and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and guide future development.

Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proven experience managing product lifecycles — from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization. Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Experience in Android platforms, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team management. Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps, epics, and user stories. Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications Excellent command of English — both written and verbal. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a creative and results-driven approach to product development. Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering superior customer experiences.
