Product Manager

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet business objectives.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Track project performance and report on key metrics and milestones.

Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to clients and management.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Ensure documentation, quality control, and compliance with company standards.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ yrs of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency in project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.

Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset and effective stakeholder management.

Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments.
