The team handles Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Partnerships & Alliances, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Branding, and PR. As part of our Digital Experience & Marketing team, we are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can communicate complex technical concepts through clear, compelling content tailored for business and technical audiences. This role is critical in strengthening our digital presence and building thought leadership in the software development space.  Duties and Responsibilities  ▪ Write technical content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing page copy, product descriptions, solution pages, and thought leadership articles. ▪ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product teams to gather insights and technical inputs. ▪ Create SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines to drive organic visibility and rankings. ▪ Work closely with marketing teams to align content with keyword strategy and lead generation goals. ▪ Research and write about current trends and technologies in software development (e.g., cloudcomputing, AI/ML, DevOps, mobility, etc.). ▪ Review and edit technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency. ▪ Participate in brainstorming sessions for content strategy and marketing campaigns. ▪ Develop content for email campaigns, marketing collateral, and presentations as needed. ▪ Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business goals and project deadlines.Preferred Skills▪ Work Location - Trivandrum(Hybrid)  ▪2+ years of experience as a Technical Content Writer or in a similar role in a technology or B2B organization. ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ▪ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), enterprise software, and emerging technologies. ▪ Ability to write for different platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.) and audiences (technical and non-technical). ▪ Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus. ▪ A portfolio showcasing technical/B2B content is a must.
