Production and Support Executive – Automation & Security Systems

Brief DescriptionVacancies at our Automation Division @ Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram….! Position Overview:  This role is suitable for freshers with technical education, as well as candidates with relevant experience in electronics/electrical production, PCB assembly, and field support. Key Responsibilities:

1. In-House Production & Assembly Assemble, configure, and test gate automation systems (other automation devices too), controllers, and related components. Handle PCB wiring, component placement, and fixing as per design specifications.
2. Electronics Testing & Quality Control Perform testing of electronics equipment and components for performance and reliability. Use basic testing instruments like multimeters etc.
3. Service & Repairs Assist in diagnosing and repairing automation units, motors, controllers, and accessories.
4. On-Site Client Services Assist senior technicians in installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites. Support preventive maintenance and breakdown services. Provide basic user training to customers.
5. Documentation & Coordination Maintain simple production and service records.Preferred SkillsQualifications Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field OR ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, or related trade. Experience: Freshers are also welcome. Experience in electronics equipment production, PCB assembly, soldering, testing, or automation system service will be an added advantage. Skills: Basic soldering skills (through-hole or SMD) – training can be provided. Understanding of electronics assembly and wiring. Ability to read simple wiring diagrams. Willingness to learn field installation and troubleshooting. Physically fit for workshop and on-site work. Willing to travel for client support. Working Conditions: Primarily workshop-based for production and testing.
