About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about analysing business processes, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication, while also supporting customer success activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world projects, enabling the candidate to develop a strong foundation in business analysis and enterprise software implementation. Exposure to real-world business analysis in enterprise SaaS projects. Hands-on experience with requirement management and testing processes. Practical understanding of Agile methodologies and client communication. Opportunity to grow into Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirement Analysis
Work with Project Managers and clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and review meetings. Support gap analysis between business processes and system capabilities. Assist in identifying, analysing, and documenting change requests and their impacts on existing systems.
- Process Modelling & Documentation
Map and document as-is and to-be processes using flowcharts, workflow diagrams, or tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io. Support process improvement initiatives and identify optimisation opportunities. Maintain traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of business requirements through design and testing.
- Project Coordination & Testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders. Assist in preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, test cases, and documentation. Coordinate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and document results. Help ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional communication. Respond to client queries and support issues via email, chat, or support systems. Maintain and update customer documentation, FAQs, and training materials. Track, escalate, and follow up on customer requests until resolution. Assist in creating training documents and user manuals for end-users.
- Research & Continuous Improvement
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and product enhancement opportunities. Stay updated on business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.). Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and templates. Preferred Skills Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field ( Recently Graduated) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good command of English (verbal and written); ability to document clearly and concisely. Basic understanding of business processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Strong passion and interest in the field.
