Location: Periyar Building, Technopark, Trivandrum About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing and lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HubSpot CRM (including automation and AI features) and the ability to coordinate effectively between the UK and India teams. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating content and campaigns, using automation to increase efficiency, and tracking performance through CRM and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Coordination
Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with the global marketing team Manage and update marketing collaterals (case studies, one-pagers, capability decks, product sheets) Coordinate social media posts, email campaigns, and digital content with internal teams Maintain and update marketing data, lead sources, and reports in HubSpot CRM Liaise with content writers, designers, and video creators to meet campaign deadlines Assist in tracking campaign results, lead engagement, and marketing analytics
- Marketing Plan Ownership & Team Coordination
Maintain and coordinate the marketing activity plan (daily, weekly, and monthly tasks) Assign and track deliverables across SEO, content creation, digital design, and social media teams Support campaign planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure consistent messaging and output Monitor content calendars, posting schedules, and marketing priorities across regions Provide weekly updates on progress, blockers, and completed deliverables
- Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct light market research to identify trends, audience shifts, and competitor positioning Support benchmarking activities to improve messaging, branding, or campaign direction Feed insights into campaign strategy, product positioning, and content relevance Track changes in digital engagement, industry events, or sector-specific opportunities
- Performance Tracking & CRM Reporting
Measure and report marketing KPIs such as: Lead generation (Marketing Leads vs Sales Qualified Leads) Campaign engagement (clicks, impressions, downloads, form fills) Traffic sources (email, LinkedIn, website, referrals) Track conversions and attribution using HubSpot CRM Share weekly or monthly dashboards with Sales and Leadership Optimise campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics
- AI & Automation
Use HubSpot workflows, sequences, and AI tools to automate campaign tasks Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Grammarly, Jasper, etc. for content support Improve efficiency in reporting, document creation, and CRM updates Support email automation, segmentation, and follow-up sequences Preferred SkillsRequired:
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (marketing tools, automation, workflows) Experience with digital content coordination and campaign execution Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs) Good Command in English ( both verbal and written) 2–4 years in marketing coordination, campaign support, or CRM-based marketing
Bonus / Preferred:
Knowledge of CMS, marketing automation tools, or social publishing tools Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Grammarly) Prior experience supporting UK/Europe teams Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
