Role: Product Manager Experience: 2-4 years Location: Infopark, Kochi

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, architects, executives, and end-users to bring new product ideas to life Lead product discovery, scenario envisioning, and UX/technical design for AI-driven features Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage the backlog in Agile sprints Partner with engineering to design, ship, and scale platform solutions Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap priorities Deliver product demos, customer training, and partner enablement sessions Capture market insights and shape product strategy for DeskDay’s AI ecosystem

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in product management and project management Proven track record shipping SaaS products (AI/automation or workflow solutions are a strong plus) Experience working in Agile with cross-functional engineering and design teams Strong communication skills (able to present to executives and explain technical concepts clearly) Data-driven mindset: confident in defining metrics, analyzing usage data, and applying insights Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus) Preferred Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML platforms and SaaS services Experience in building agent frameworks, conversational UX, or automation platforms Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; proactive and self-driven
