Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The role involves integrating Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other business applications to automate processes, enhance productivity, and deliver intelligent assistance solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Develop and configure custom copilots, workflows, and prompts aligned with business needs.

Integrate Copilot with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

Work with Graph API and Dataverse for data-driven conversational intelligence.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and optimize Copilot adoption.

Implement security, compliance, and governance standards for AI-based assistants.

Troubleshoot, test, and enhance Copilot performance using telemetry and feedback.

Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI Builder enhancements.

Preferred SkillsRequired Skills

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.

Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

Understanding of AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts.

Experience integrating Copilot with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Logic Apps, or Graph API.

Good knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data connectors.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or AI Engineer Associate.

Experience with Azure Cognitive Services or ChatGPT integration.

Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation or automation projects.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
