Project Manager

Project Manager We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations, ensuring follow-ups are tracked. Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners. Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery. Oversee and guide project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective resource utilization. Govern development, design, integration, and testing activities, ensuring best practices are followed. Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field, or a combination of relevant education and experience. 4–8 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working with agile software development teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and data-driven approach. PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage. Experience managing web and mobile application projects. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, time-tracking, or any agile planning tools. Exposure to working with cross-functional or international teams. Experience in proofreading and editing technical documentation. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.

Experience and Education

4- 8 years Bachelor’s degree or BSc. IT or CS / BCA / B-Tech IT, CS, or EC, MBA, Diploma in CS / IT.
