The role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the IT sector. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective engagement and negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives. Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Conduct field visits and client meetings as a core part of daily operations. Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–6 years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in the IT industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork efficiently. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Additional Requirements

Young and energetic male candidates only. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Fieldwork is a major part of the role. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Must be currently based in Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
