Quality Analyst

Quality Analyst We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team. If you have a keen eye for identifying bugs, improving quality, and ensuring a seamless user experience, this role is perfect for you! You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate functionality and performance.
• Defect Analysis: Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback for resolution.
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Testing: Ensure website compatibility across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Regression & Retesting: Verify that new updates do not break existing functionalities and maintain software stability.
• Test Documentation: Maintain test cases, test reports, and bug logs for effective tracking and future reference.
• Performance & Security Testing: Conduct basic security and performance checks to ensure website stability, reliability and accessibility.
• API Testing: Utilize tools like Postman to validate API functionality, ensure response accuracy, and assess performance efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to enhance software quality and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

• Experience in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and reporting defects.

• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman.

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with cross-browser testing platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
