HR Executive We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team at 2Hats Logic Solutions. This full-time role involves supporting HR operations, managing recruitment activities, and assisting with day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate will take ownership of candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining HR records, ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and induction, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to a positive and engaging office culture through employee engagement initiatives Address basic HR queries from employees promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 0–1 years of experience in HR roles Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities
