Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries. Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools, outbound initiatives, and networking. Deliver impactful product presentations and demos aligned with client requirements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent post-sale support. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales. 1–2 years of experience in communication technology or customer engagement platforms preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Willingness to travel frequently within the region. Strong networking skills with a proven record of closing deals.
