Brief DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Doctors to join our QA team in a Healthcare Information System (HIS) software development environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, electronic medical records (EMR), and hospital management processes. They will work closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure the software meets healthcare standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and validate clinical workflows within the HIS software. Ensure software functionality aligns with medical best practices and regulatory compliance. Conduct end-user testing from a clinician’s perspective to identify potential usability issues. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to define test scenarios and cases. Provide insights into medical terminologies, diagnoses, treatments, and clinical decision support systems within the application. Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to bridge the gap between medical professionals and software developers. Assist in troubleshooting and verifying bugs related to clinical functionalities. Provide feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) improvements from a doctor’s perspective. Support training and documentation by preparing clinical user guides and test cases. Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBBS, BDS, BDMS, or equivalent medical degree. Experience:
2+ years of clinical practice experience (preferred). Exposure to healthcare IT systems, EMR/EHR software, or HIS applications is an advantage.
Strong understanding of hospital workflows, including OPD, IPD, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, and billing. Ability to analyze software usability and functionality from an end-user perspective. Basic knowledge of software testing principles is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with technical teams.
