Digital Marketing Executive ( Fresher) Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Freshers and Experienced) to join our dynamic team at Mantra IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.

You will collaborate with our design and content teams to develop creative materials and ad copies, monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, and provide reports with key insights. The role also includes conducting competitor and market research, as well as supporting email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creatives and ad copies.

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.

Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine strategies.

Support email and WhatsApp marketing initiatives when required.

Key Requirements

Freshers with a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates (up to 2 years) in digital marketing will be given preference.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO principles.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and meet project timelines effectively.

Qualifications

A degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Google, HubSpot, or Meta certifications are an added advantage.

Passion for digital trends, creativity, and continuous learning.
