What’s important to us:

We are looking for passionate and motivated Software Test Engineers (Freshers) who have recently completed their graduation in IT or Computer Science and have undergone software testing training. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in quality assurance, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will be key to success in this role. Candidates with ISTQB Foundation Level Certification will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand software requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases. ● Perform manual testing to identify and document defects. ● Assist in test execution, regression testing, and defect verification. ● Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure software quality. ● Learn and adapt to testing tools, automation frameworks, and best practices. ● Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

● Educational Qualification: ● Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA / M.Sc / MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ● Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). ● Basic knowledge of testing concepts, test case design, and defect management. ● Exposure to manual testing (and automation basics preferred). ● Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Added Advantage:

● ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (preferred). ● Exposure to any testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Postman, Selenium) during training or academic projects. ● Basic programming knowledge (in Java, Python, or JavaScript). ● Internship or project experience in software testing

Experience: 0–1 year (2022 pass-out and above)
