Lead Generation Specialist Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (International - IT Sales) Industry: IT Services & Solutions
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in generating qualified leads from international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East, specifically for IT services including web development, mobile applications, and software solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct market research and identify new B2B lead opportunities through LinkedIn, online platforms, email campaigns, and cold calling. 2.Initiate first-level conversations, qualify leads, and seamlessly hand them over to the sales team for further engagement. 3.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. 4.Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with international prospects. 5.Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead information and follow-up activities. 6.Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to ensure conversion and client retention.
*Required Skills & Experience:
1.Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the IT/Tech industry. 2.Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. 3.Strong knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, etc. 4.Proven ability to research and target international markets effectively. 5.Proficient in using CRM software and other lead tracking tools. 6.Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
