Graphic Designer Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets including brochures, logos, branding materials, and social media graphics. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our clients’ messages and elevate their brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.

Conceptualize and create visually compelling brochures, advertisements, social media visuals, and other marketing collateral.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve creative output.

Provide multiple design options, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts to meet project requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brochure and marketing design projects.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with other design tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating project requirements into effective design solutions.

Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.

Experience in digital and print media design is preferred.
