HR-Internship-3months Job Description: HR Intern (Staffing & Recruitment)

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to join our team remotely. This is a great opportunity for BBA/MBA graduates to gain practical experience in staffing and recruitment while also being trained in HR generalist roles. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for individuals eager to start their career in HR. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing and Recruitment:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates to meet staffing and recruitment objectives.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records and update recruitment databases.
• Build strong rapport with candidates and internal teams through effective communication.

HR Generalist Training:

• Receive training on core HR generalist functions, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Details & Eligibility Criteria:

• Type: Remote Internship
• Stipend: Unpaid
• Internship duration: 3 months
• Timing : 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Education: BBA/MBA Graduates (Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025) *Must have a stable internet connection and laptop
