Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst (Remote) Position Title: Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to independently manage reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities • Independently handle daily reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of breaks. • Prepare management and operational reports for stakeholders. • Actively participate in month-end and year-end close activities. • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within reconciliation workflows. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation/ERP tools. • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
