Brief Description · Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using NodeJS. · Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Node.js and NestJS development. · Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines. · Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of our applications. · Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions. · Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Node.js and NestJS development, and incorporate them into our projects as appropriate. Preferred Skills · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 6+ years of experience in Node.js development, with proficiency in NestJS. · Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. · Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,. · Familiarity with micro services architecture and distributed systems. · Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. · Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. · Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
