Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building client base and driving revenue growth through the sales and promotion of Odoo / ERP solutions. Besides having experience in business development, we are expecting you to have strong leadership skills who can scale and generate the business.  As a BDE, your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales cycle from lead stage to prospect qualification, opportunity, proposal, RFI/RFP, BRD, SLA, presentations, closure of sale and nurture the relationship for future business. • Identify potential clients through market research, industry events, and online platforms. • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels- email, LinkedIn, and cold calls• Research and qualify leads using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems. • Nurture prospects and build strong relationships with decision-makers across industries. • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase ERP capabilities and value proposition. • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification, need assessment, proposal, negotiation, to closure. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and implementation process. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated with ERP trends, competition, and industry developments. • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their business needs and challenges. • Educate clients about the benefits of Odoo solutions and how they can address their specific requirements. • Engage with prospect businesses to position Odoo solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients. • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions align with client needs. • Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and the technical team. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.Preferred Skills• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or master’s degree in business/Sales/Marketing or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or B2B sales, preferably in ERP / SaaS solutions. • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM tools. • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline and lead nurturing process. • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. • Prior experience with cold calling and outbound outreach campaigns is a must. • Very Good command of English, Hindi and south Indian languages a plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP or any other ERP systems is a must.  Interested candidates please share your cv to careers@qwysoft.com with Subject line "BDE"
